Selina, this is a very beautiful drawing. I love the softness of the whole thing and how complexly you've layered it. The circular motifs suggest water falling into water, but they could as easily be a succession of soft ringing or tapping sounds. That they don't go off the edges suggests to me that it's not something that goes on indefinitely, like rain, but more like a closed incident (a wind chime activated by a breeze, perhaps?). The touch of yellow along the edges is great. I might like to see a touch of the blue go all the way off that upper right corner like it does on the left. I think the yellow is most effective when it's extremely subtle.
I love all the layers in this piece, Selina. The spray combined with the circular forms is quite mature and complex. I enjoy the atmospheric quality with the yellow creeping in. I think your sound could be a bird or whale song, it has a musical, rhythmic quality. I would have loved to see more space on the bottom because as it stands it feels a little off-center. However, I think balancing out those yellow areas as Taney suggested could help that.
