Ally, I'm very happy with the way this came out, and I hope you are too. I think if you change the creases on the pillow so they look more like those in the rest of the drawing this will make the whole thing more unified. Also, maybe you even want to further dramatize those creases in the pillow -- kind of exaggerate them, so they become just as ambiguous as the folds in the blanket, which could just as easily be mountain ranges!
ally im pretty sure this picture represents all of us right now. something that could help this is if you made the blanket look a bit softer by maybe taking a paint brush and lightly blending charcoal over the harsh line. but very gently
Ally, your work has struck a responsive chord in my heart! I love the darkness in the left corner! I think it really conveys a strong emotion and makes your work dramatic! I think maybe you can soften the blanket a little bit. The whole piece is just so great!
